We sell homes for a flat fee of $500 up front and 0.5% commission at closing.
We are a full service real estate brokerage which means you can compare us directly to traditional 6% commission agents.

Our Process
We meet in person at your property.
We tour your home and provide our recommendations to prep the home for sale.
We provide you with real-time market data to assist your determination of list price.
We sign the listing agreement electronically via email.
We install the lockbox on the property (if wanted).
We schedule the professional photographer.
We schedule the sign install (if wanted).
We list your home in the MLS after receiving the photographs.
We publish your listing to over 1,200 websites including Zillow, Trulia and Realtor.com
We schedule all showing appointments.
We manage the contract negotiations at your direction.
We review the Closing Disclosure/HUD1/Settlement Statement in advance of closing so all you have to do is sign at closing.
