Should you want to make an offer you will provide us with the Earnest Money Deposit for the offer.
We draw-up the offer for your electronic signature.
We submit the offer on your behalf after your electronic signature.
If accepted, we provide you with next steps including addressing any contingencies.
If you reject or counter, we notify the other agent with your response.
We are there for the Property Inspection and give you our recommendation on any findings.
We review and give you our recommendations on the Appraisal should it come in below the Sales Price.
We manage the contract negotiations at your direction.
We review the Closing Disclosure/HUD1/Settlement Statement in advance of closing so all you have to do is sign at closing.
