How much commission do you rebate?
We rebate all commission in excess of 1.5% at closing as a part of our Buyer Rebate program. The traditional agent will offer 3% commission to a buyer agent. Instead of keeping that 3% for ourselves, we rebate all commission in excess of 1.5% to our buyers at closing who are part of our Buyer Rebate program.
Do you give me a check at closing?
No. The law requires that you use our credit towards eligible charges on the HUD1/Closing Disclosure. That means you get to keep more money in your pocket instead of having it evaporating inside of the transaction.
How do I start?
In order to become participate in our Buyer Rebate program you must have a pre-approval letter from a verified lender, you must know the specific area in which you want to buy and you must be under contract within 30 days from first showing. By having those 3 items, you are qualified to participate in our Buyer Rebate program.
What if I don’t qualify for your Buyer Rebate program?
We are happy to work with all buyers regardless of whether you qualify for our Buyer Rebate program!
